Jamestown Properties faced challenges collecting data on 88 Leonard’s energy use patterns and inefficiencies. The 352-unit multifamily building in Tribeca, which comprises more than 305,100 square feet across 21 floors and features such amenities as a fully landscaped rooftop sun deck, 249-stall below-grade parking garage, and garden terrace with hot tub and outdoor fireplace, needed a cloud platform to continuously monitor energy consumption and empower the onsite property team to efficiently manage energy for lower utility costs.

Solution
