With our partner, Parity, we helped the building automate demand response curtailment and provided real-time access to energy management via our SmartKit AI dashboard for year-round earnings and savings!

The building achieved an impressive 44% reduction in common area energy use during peak July events. This significant decrease not only supported grid stability but also generated substantial financial benefits, including an estimated $10,000 reward and savings from reduced energy consumption!

"Once a demand response event is called, the systems will automatically revert to the lowest settings or be switched off,” says The Oxford's Resident Manager Gerry Grady.
